Annette Terpstra

My name is Annette Terpstra and I am a qualified exercise therapist. As an exercise therapist I treat my clients who suffer from physical complaints. I started with my pregnancy courses early 2009.
Besides being a pregnancy coach I work as an exercise therapist in physio– and exercise therapy practice La Grouw, Oeverpad 300, Amsterdam Nieuw West (Osdorp). I have a varied client population. If you suffer from pregnancy related pains or other physical complaints which hinders you in your day-to-day functioning you are welcome for an intake.
Regularly I follow courses to keep my lessons up-to-date and offer you the best practice .
